Allegan or Appalachian Mountain 8000 acres in one
body of which my loving wife shall build on and
there remain during her natural life and at her pass
to my eldest son Charles Jerningham, the remaining
6000 acres to be equally divided among my six other
children viz Frances Henrietta, Mary, Alloisa,
Edwardina, Olivia, and my son Henry Tobias.
I give and bequeath to my loving wife Catherine
Jerningham for and during the two years following
my demise all the plantation has or does produce
keeping my family as I shall leave it at the house of
my death for two years.
Among the items left to his daughter Frances Henrietta
